Welcome to the Central Texas Veteran Chamber of Commerce (CTVCC). By accessing and using our website, services, events, and membership offerings, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership

• Membership is open to veterans, veteran-owned businesses, and supporters of the veteran community.
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner.
• CTVCC reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership if a member engages in conduct detrimental to the Chamber's mission or reputation.

2. Events & Programs

• Participation in CTVCC events is open to members and, in some cases, non-members at the discretion of the Chamber.
• Event fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by CTVCC.
• CTVCC reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual or business that violates these terms.

3. Code of Conduct

• Members and event participants must engage in respectful and professional behavior.
• Discrimination, harassment, or any form of unethical conduct will not be tolerated.
• Any complaints regarding conduct should be submitted in writing to CTVCC leadership.

4. Use of CTVCC Name & Logo

• Members may reference their affiliation with CTVCC but may not use the CTVCC name or logo without written permission.
• Unauthorized use of the Chamber’s branding may result in membership termination and legal action if necessary.

5. Website & Online Content

• The CTVCC website and social media pages provide information and resources; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content.
• Users may not post or distribute offensive, misleading, or defamatory content on CTVCC platforms.
• CTVCC reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• CTVCC is not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in Chamber activities or reliance on Chamber resources.
• Members and event attendees assume all risks associated with their involvement in Chamber activities.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• CTVCC respects member privacy and will not sell or distribute personal information without consent.
• By joining CTVCC, members agree to receive communications regarding Chamber activities, updates, and events.

8. Amendments & Updates

• CTVCC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
• Any disputes arising from Chamber participation shall be resolved in a Texas court of law.
