Membership Agreement

Effective Date: 03/29/2025

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Central Texas Veteran Chamber of Commerce ("CTVCC") and the undersigned individual or business ("Member"). By submitting an application and paying the required membership fees, the Member agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Eligibility & Benefits

• Membership is available to veterans, veteran-owned businesses, and supporters of the veteran community.
• Members receive access to networking events, business resources, marketing opportunities, and exclusive discounts.
• CTVCC reserves the right to modify membership benefits at its discretion.

Membership Fees & Payments

• Membership fees are due annually or monthly and must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by CTVCC.
• Failure to renew membership by the due date may result in suspension or termination of benefits.

Code of Conduct & Member Responsibilities

• Members must conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner.
• Members agree to support and uphold the mission of CTVCC.
• Any conduct deemed harmful to the Chamber or its members may result in disciplinary action, including membership termination.

Use of CTVCC Name & Logo

• Members may acknowledge their affiliation with CTVCC but must obtain written permission to use the Chamber’s logo or branding.
• Misuse of the CTVCC name may result in termination of membership and legal action.

Events & Participation

• Members are encouraged to participate in CTVCC events, committees, and programs.
• Participation in certain programs may require additional fees or qualifications.
• CTVCC reserves the right to deny event participation to any individual or business that violates these terms.

Termination of Membership

• Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice.
• CTVCC may terminate a membership if a Member fails to comply with this Agreement.
• Termination does not entitle the Member to a refund of any paid fees.

Liability & Indemnification

• CTVCC is not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from membership participation.
• Members agree to indemnify and hold CTVCC harmless from any claims related to their business operations or conduct.

Privacy & Communications

• CTVCC respects member privacy and will not sell or distribute personal information without consent.
• By joining CTVCC, members agree to receive communications regarding Chamber activities, updates, and events.
